Mainly to assist students to develop their mental frame and personality to achieve their academic performance and holistic development.
- The candidate will also need to analyze and assess the behavior and understanding of pupils and related stake holders; and guide them to resolve the conflicts and solve other interpersonal issues.
- To offer guidance and counseling for both learners and their parents with the aim of reducing stigmatization and emotional barriers.
- To counsel students and guide teachers relating to discipline, behavior, values, learning cycle relating to academic and personal development of every student.
- To work together with other colleagues to create awareness for the parents , students and community at a large , by way of organizing Career Fair/ Professional Development Program me on educational psychology and evaluate the impact .
- To be responsible to increase the trend of academic performance and reduce the interpersonal conflict of Students, Parents, Teachers and even secretarial staff in all schools
- To conduct Psychometric and other behavioral modification techniques for assessing Career Aptitude, Personality and other behavioral symptoms expected in a learning or class room situation.
- To maintain school wise Counseling Register and closely interact with all Principals /Dys on regular basis.
- To study various behavioral and emotional issues of Students, Teachers & Parents and prepare a time bound action plan to resolve those.
- To conduct behavioral and motivational surveys in consultation with HR and communicate feedback and action plan to superiors.

Description
Diploma or bachelors in Education
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience
Job Role: - To know the subject area and the syllabus thoroughly.
- To design/implement the curriculum for the subject.
- To plan scheme of work and lesson plans including time for revisions.
- To ensure the student’s progress is monitored and supervised efficiently and timely.
- To complete the syllabus according to the schemes.
- To test the understanding of the subject matter and provide timely interventions where necessary.
- To make periodic report to the Principal regarding students’ progress and discipline.
- To recommend in consultation with Head of Department, the text books and other resources.
- To develop teaching strategies and implement them in the class, be progressive and ensure that the latest teaching methods and equipments are used.
- To conduct activities and extra curriculum projects pertaining to the subject.
- To ensure that the students understand and follow school rules and regularly discuss with the students the rationale behind the rules.
- To counsel students on physiological, personal, home or family problems and problems related to adolescence.
